It's a chain quick sandwich shop so if you're going there for atmosphere, you're not going to get it. The food is a cut above other sandwiche places and the service is excellent, very quick and accommodating of special View all feedback.
What Luke Anderson doesn't like about Jersey Mike's Subs:
Gross location.Watched the cashier take MONEY, actually cash, with his gloves on and go right back to handling, cutting and rolling sandwiches.I told the ‘shift lead’ who went and addressed the gentleman..but he DIDN’T change his gloves. 3/2/24 I just ordered off of Uber eats and paid $20 for a Sandwich everything I wanted was not on my sandwich I don’t get it what your employees don’t know how to read I’m pissed never
20$ for a sub is nuts it is way to expensive I will not be going back.
Honestly their subs are delicious, and I 've had 20+ pretty good ones before this, but the disrespect on this most recent sandwich baffled me. DO NOT MOBILE ORDER, if you aren 't watching them make it, it will get neglected. But then if you have to wait in line, expect to be in there 10-30 minutes during the lunch rush. Staff is nice, place is clean, everything tastes great, but for $18 for a giant size I feel like I got robbed blind and found about half the amount of meat and veggies that I 'd received previously. Normally I believe in paying a premium for a better product, you get what you pay for, and had no problem splurging for a good sub. Like seriously the bread ratio to everything else was so off, there 's like one slice of each meat type in the cross-cut, and 3 and a half little pickle slices in this half of the sub. ONLY part I was satisfied with is the amount of banana peppers, lol. Normally I 'm completely full after half the giant sub and save the other half for later but I found myself still hungry this time. I don 't know if it was just an off day, new management, new employees, or a new yearly corporate overlord initiative to cut costs by sanctioning portion sizes. Thinking I 'll stick to local joints from now on that don 't skimp out. Was not a sub above, our GOAT is washed.
Great food and the staff is 5 star fabulous!!!! Very clean place!!
Updated higher manager called and apologized refund received thank you, upped review from 2 to 3 stars thank you for following upPretty awful experience with the mobile app sandwich was made wrong ordered an Italian and got ham and mayo when I called the store it took 3 calls to get a manager who said he would refund me hasn't been refunded yet. Do not recommend
