Came in looking for a particular beverage for a guest we would be entertaining for the next week. I had never heard of this particular product, and the manager... read more Came in looking for a particular beverage for a guest we would be entertaining for the next week. I had never heard of this particular product, and the manager looked it up to assure me that it was A) a real thing, but that B) they did not stock it. It’s one thing to say, “No, we don’t have it.” It is an entirely different level of customer service when they go look it up to see if they are out of stock, or they don’t ever stock the product based on past purchase orders. Well done, and cheers!
