It is easy to access from the street bisecting the estate. While long and narrow in physical layout, you will find a quiet and comfortable spot, good for meals or snacks at reasonable prices. The seating is comfortable with low tables and easy chairs. It is a great spot to take a break from wandering the estate.

The locals eat here so you know you are getting real Italian food, not tourist oriented meals. The restaurant features a bistro at the front with a limited menu and reasonable prices, or a more formal dining room at the back. Both of my meals were in the bistro. Service was quick and friendly. The bistro menu offers sandwiches as well as pastas and meat dishes. Try the frico (fried cheese) with mushrooms. This is a dish that is specific to the Friuli region of Italy. I also had a stuffed pasta dish which was very tasty. Desserts include ice cream and cakes. Lunch for two with main dishes, desserts and coffee came to roughly 25 euros. A lovely place to eat in a very beautiful location. Worth the visit!
