Darwin colleagues took me to the amazing little haven for vegos and vegans while I was on a work visit. Absolutely delicious and very generous meals - hot and cold. I had a scrumptious Indian inspired salad with lentils, beetroot, sweet potatoes and papadams - spicy, delicious and filling. They also serve fresh squeezed juices which go well with the foods. We arrived and the young man behind the counter eventually deigned to take our order - at least we assumed that's what he was doing. He didn't actually speak a single word. When we asked if they had water (tap water) he glared meaningfully at the earthenware dispenser next to a stack of small glasses. Yes, they had water.
