Jimmy John's - Coconut Creek

I would love if I didn’t have to drive so far to get great food like this.

This was not freaky fast service that I have received at other locations. Disappointed.

The workers at this location are the most disrespectful and rude Jimmy John's employees. Most locations are very nice and professional but not this location. They don't cut their subs... so once I ask them to cut my sub in half and they said they were not allowed to cut for sharing with another person lol. The workers are ridiculously ignorant. Service and food are terrible here. There are so many sub restaurants in this same area to go to so I'm not sure why the people working here are extremely rude. I would definitely recommend other sub stores in the area instead of going to this location.

On December 1, I went here to eat around night time and as soon as I walked through the door I instantly felt uncomfortable by the workers working there. I felt as if I almost interrupted them or I did something wrong by going there to eat…while I ordered my sub, they looked at each other almost in disgust that I had chosen that sub. The service and experience was so bad and made me so uneasy that I did not feel comfortable enough to stay and eat my sub there… I took it to my car and ate instead. Unfortunately, while I was eating it, I realized I could not even finish it because of how uncomfortable the service made me.Definitely would not recommend this location.

We made an order online via a website. We drove 15 minutes to pick it up and when we came we found out that Saturday and Sunday the store is closed. How its even possible, when other locations are open. Also, why a system let me to make an order?
