I reached out to Richard, the district manager, to see if I could place an online order and wait outside. He was exceptionally kind—he personally delivered my order to me, made my sweet tea, and was very friendly with my dog. In a time when it often feels like people are less than pleasant, he stood out as genuinely nice and understanding. I will definitely return because of Richard's outstanding service! Plus, my sub was delicious, and they have $2.99 six-inch subs!

Last week, I had to discard an entire salad because it was soaked in dressing—there must have been at least two pounds! Today, the bread was overly hard; it felt like it had been sitting out in the heat for hours. We ordered online, but my husband had to wait almost 15 minutes for our order to be ready. What has happened to this place?

I really appreciate their speed and efficiency. Having worked in the food industry myself, I pay close attention to cleanliness and always look for any signs of mold or leftover food, like dried juices around the ingredient pans beneath the glass.
