I explained... read more I went inside the dining area to pick up a takeout order at 8 PM tonight, but I was refused entry because they said the dining room had just closed. I explained to the staff that my car window wouldn’t roll down, which is why I came inside. She showed no concern and simply told me to open my door. Since there was no one else in line behind me, she could have easily brought my order out. This was really disappointing customer service.

While we enjoyed KFC occasionally before, we were never regular customers—until now. Everyone at this location has been incredibly kind, our orders have always been accurate, and the food is hot and delicious. Thank you, Port St. John KFC. It means so much to see him eating again!

The chicken was tough and dry, and I had to toss some... read more I ordered chicken, not tenders, and it seemed like it had been sitting under a heat lamp since lunchtime. The chicken was tough and dry, and I had to toss some of it. The biscuit was so hard that I couldn't eat it either. The Sierra Mist I ordered tasted more like club soda—completely flavorless. I'm really disappointed, especially since I drove farther from home to avoid the Rockledge location because the food used to be much better in Port St. John. Not anymore!

The drive-thru was quite efficient, and she received exactly what she ordered without any issues. As for me, I don't eat meat because I find it unappetizing, and I also avoid fried foods for the same reason. While I recognize that it's not the healthiest choice, I'm all for letting people enjoy what they like.
