This place is fantastic! The food is delicious. People are friendly. The price is very reasonable. We fed our family of five for less than $45. What Mark C doesn't like about Jerk Flavas:
Waited over 40 mins for jerk chicken that was cold. This place was dirty and they move with no sense of urgency. Requested money back but she said no and constantly said she had no help but I can hear the staff in the back just joking around. Not the best place to bring a family. And with construction around the whole neighborhood it's not the easily place to navigate too. View all feedback.
I brought my family here for the first time and we had lunch. They had on beautiful melodies (Bob Marley), while the aromas in the air were heavenly. I had the RedSnapper Fish with rice and peas. It was beautifully plated. You also drink this ginger and pineapple. Delicious!
I just moved from Chicago to Florida and I don't have any good food places to find this part yet? to today. I ordered the Ruck Chicken dinner from here and I am also amazed at how good this food is. I haven't had a good, authentic Jamaican cuisine for years and that brought back so many old memories??
All right! I wish we hadn't waited so long. Really delicious food, friendly and generous portions. We tried the Ruck Chicken that had amazing taste and fall out of the bone tender. The sides were delicious like the Patties. We cannot wait to try other things on the menu.
Great authentic Jamaican food with family vibes! Keeps 6 stars. Curry chickens curry goats are my go-tos. Also baked shrimp is excellent. The meats are exquisitely delicately packed with taste. And there are many extras like meat patties desserts. This place is a jewel. Love it.
Sorry for the super late review. My husband and I were reminiscing this morning about our trip 3 years ago, and this absolutely amazing place was one of our first memories. Cannot recommend highly enough. The service was amazing, and the food is out of this world! They definitely don't skimp on the portions. One serving would have sufficiently satisfied us both, and we're big eaters.
