7-eleven - Cocoa

JUST came back from a visit to this place. I am a life locally and has been a regular customer of this particular location for over a decade. Honestly, my typical customer service experience here is absolutely creepy for mediocre, with cashiers who have an unpleasant attitude, or seemingly flat-out hate their work. I visited this store this morning after I first visited the 7 Eleven site on the road on Clearlake to say that they did not store my favorite cigarettes at this time (after the demand was said to be the next delivery to arrive the next day. When I came to the second branch, I stepped directly onto the counter and positioned myself in front of the cleric I could see, just behind the counter was crowned for inventory. I waited for a moment, and a gentleman approached right next to me, not behind me. I politely called the attention of the clergy, completely understandable, she couldn't see me where she was. Immediately the cleric recognized me and was quickly ready to start with transactions. Unfortunately, the Lord, who had come to the counter next to me, tried to allow the writer to serve him ignorantly completely out of line. Then I was cautiously forced to announce the fact that I waited there first. Not so much of the KLERK. The Lord should have spoken and be honest. I was very pleased not to get a stance regarding the situation, and the employee seemed happy to ensure that she had the right brand of cigarettes for me. I felt comfortable letting them know that she was a lifeguard, and that this was my second stop to get those cigarettes and I was so grateful that this store had them in stock! The writer was absolutely nothing but friendly, and my impression is that she sees some importance in providing a pleasant customer service experience. All things looked at, that was an extraordinary visit for me, and I hope that this beautiful young woman (I wish so bad I had got her name! behind the counter at 0600 Tue, 21. January can be made aware of how happy they made me! Thank you.
