My friend and I visit this restaurant every weekend. The staff is incredibly sweet and attentive, and the food always exceeds our expectations! The biscuits and gravy are homemade, and they’re the best I’ve had (second only to Grandma’s)! We’re big fans of the homemade bread, and if the baked French toast is the breakfast special of the week, you absolutely must try it—it’s fantastic and you won’t regret it. We never spend more than $20 for two people, as the prices are very reasonable. It’s such a charming little place, and being located in the market makes it a perfect spot to visit if you want to shop as well. If you’re planning to come on a Saturday morning, be aware that there’s usually a rush around 10 to 11, so you might have to wait a little or consider arriving earlier to get seated right away.
You have the best brisket sandwich! I made the trip all the way from White Marsh just to enjoy your sandwich with fries, and I ended up eating it in my car.
The food here is outstanding! The prices are reasonable, and the location has an Amish vibe. The staff are very friendly as well.
