Carrabba's Italian Grill Hunt Valley

Was more than annoyed when we arrived and Carrabba’s not the confirmed open table “Call ahead” reservation. I showed the hostess the e-mail and her comment was: “We didn’t get it, so there’s nothing I can do; they’re a walk in.” we drove 1/2 an hour to get there and weren’t happy to wait so long. I always wondered when our table is ready and 25 minutes after our arrival they finally sat us. what a waste of time she thought I only made the email confirmation to advance in the line? the eating was good and our server was good, but probably this app will not use to reserve everything for this restaurant chain. simply call in front of the phone, especially if they are in a hurry or take their older parents (or children) to eat. I was visited in the city, so not sure that I was back to this place, but my parents live here and will think twice about going all the way there if they want to go next time to eat. A pity that the host team no longer understands about customer service.

Expect to wait for a minimum of an hour, also with reservations at busy days (Fri-Sun,) my only handle by going there

They did not have my Open Table reservation. They said they NEVER have Open Table reservations.

Everything was fantastic our server very nice, not sure if he just started, serving a bit slow or overwhelmed. Still left a good tip because he was very professional.

They did not honor the Open Table reservation. When we got there, they said they would try to seat us in 15 minutes, rather than the 25 minutes that applied to those without reservations. In fact, it took them 30 minutes to seat us. The wait service was excellent, food ok.
