If you visit Canada and don't drink Tim Horton's you missed the country entirely. I'm Canadian but live in California and I look forward to a good cup of Timmy's as soon as I cross the border. Have a double double and a donut and thank me later. Enjoy!! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
I was there yesterday and left in pure disgust. There was at least 5 people working there that wouldn't even approach the counter to take orders. There were huge lineups inside and outside in the drive through as well so I just left and will likely never be back. View all feedback.

They messed up our whole order and not just a little bit. My husband has a bad heart and can’t have caffeine so he asked for decaf and he got regular. They gave me coffee instead of tea. On top of that they didn’t get our food order correct... I don’t know how you can mess up so badly. It wasn’t even busy but I feel like they just want to try to get good times but totally unacceptable.
This is a coffee and donut chain restaurant. Every time we have visited, it has been clean and the staff have been friendly. They listen to our orders and always get it right. Unlike Tim Hortons in Calgary, where the soup is watered down and the locations are always dirty, this place serves good quality soup.
Service was a little shabby on our first visit, which isn't normal for a Tim Hortons. Service was slow and fairly painful getting served hardly any bagels when we visited and no BISCUITS!? they only had English Muffins. Our other visits were ok, nothing exceptional for this Timmies and I think there are just too many Timmies for such a small town!
I decided to try the breakfast farmers wrap for dinner. The hash brown was extremely dry and hard, like a hockey puck. I gave it another chance a few days later with a co-worker, but unfortunately, the hash brown was just as bad. I won't be ordering the farmers wrap from this restaurant again.
