The restaurant is cozy and casual, which worked great for our family and friends get together. I ordered the calamari (very tender, could cut with my fork for my toddler) and the carbonara was so delicious it nearly brought tears to my eyes (complete flavour bomb with the guanciale and egg). Cochrane is such an amazing vortex of fantastic restaurants and The Boot is another great addition!

I thoroughly enjoyed the cozy and homely atmosphere of the place, which was just the right size. I ordered the lasagna and it was delicious. The portion size was generous and the prices were reasonable. The wait for our food was reasonable and our waitress was very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this place and plan on returning for a coffee and some dessert.

The calamari as a starter and the Capriccioso pizza were both fantastic, and the Torta Ricotta E Cioccolato was absolutely delicious. Thanks to everyone at The Boot for a fantastic dining experience! We will definitely be returning!

The food is delicious and I always stop here on my way back to Calgary from Ghost Lake. They even allow dogs on the patio as well. Would recommend 100% Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
