We don't often frequent McDonalds but did with our grandson as a treat. What a surprise! This restaurant is so modern with touch screen ordering and paying, saving standing in long lines and mistakes made by the cashiers. We did, however, find that the size of the hamburgers has decreased but the size of the drinks has increased. All in all a good experience. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about McDonald's:
Have been here many times and it is always bad. Restaurant is never clean, slowest ordering in the system, and the customer service folks - for the most part - cannot speak clearly. Today was the last straw! Cannot rate the food, because after I ordered - and drove to the pick-up window they did not have my order. This restaurant has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Me and my friend went to this store location around 10pm wednesday february 1, 2023. And ordering two meals of big Mac paying cash at the front counter, and the crew member said to her the counter POS is already closed. So the crew member ask her to order on Drive Thru as the front counter is already closed at 10pm. So I and my friend went to Drive Thru to order and the order taker told her that there system was down and told to her that wait around 15 minutes! Why they have to tell us to go on the Drive Thru when there system was down! After all the conversation on the front counter, they should tell us right away when we are at the front counter!. That was so horrible service and experience this kind of service ourselves! Some of our friends telling us that this location Mc Donald's fireside cochrane Alberta, service is so horrible and yes it was true! How come they are operating with this kind of bad services they are giving!? I would not recommend this location to our friends and family ever again!
Save your money! Couldn’t get an order right to save their life! And if by chance you get what you ordered it’s old and cold!
Today at noon went thru the drive thru and as usual was asked to wait as no fries ready. Was then delivered my meal with fries so cold you would think that they were kept in a fridge. Never again
The chicken snack wrap at this location was the best I’ve had by far from McDonalds. The piece of chicken was BIG and cooked perfectly. I was actually full after which was a first! Only complain is the location. It is in an area that is hard to get in and out of because of the line blocking the parking stalls. Was very busy at lunch time on a weekend.
Excellent McDonalds type of food. Lots of places to sit. Depending on what time of the day you get here. At 2pm on a Monday it was perfect.
