So m... read more Went from my fave place to somewhere I won 't ever go back. You walk in and can tell they don 't care at all. Monitors are off. Ingredients were all stale. So much for FRESH it was old and crusty dried out ingredients. For the price I paid it sucks to throw half of it in the garbage. Very low quality service and just overall a very poor atmosphere. In addition a few months back they would not honor the rewards APP. In contrast you go to anywhere in YYC and the mgmt does everything they can to help you. Disappointed as it was once a great place!

It wasn’t open (10:15am), I waited around and the person opening pulled up, and pretended he didn’t work there and walked away, to then go back and open the restaurant when I walked away. Very disappointing and I won’t be giving this business my money going forward.

They may be underst... read more I’ve been to well-run Freshiis, and this is not one. The food is barely average for the chain, but the service is very slow and inefficient. They may be understaffed, but the lady takes several orders before even starting to make the first one. I suppose this ensures people have to wait the twenty minutes for their order if they’ve already paid, but they REALLY need a better system and at least two front-end staff during the lunch hours when customers often have time constraints.
