Boardwalk Fries, Burgers & Shakes

Great burgers, fries and chicken fingers . Excellent service. The atmosphere is reminiscent of a 50's diner. Comfortable and pleasant. Always a good combo.

First time to try Boardwalk. My husband said the burger patty was kind of small, but tasted ok. I had the chicken and it was real chicken breast and taste good. We had the BCR Fries, Bacon, cheese and ranch dressing. They were good but I thought it would be real cheese not a processed cheese sauce. Also not enough ranch dressing. We had the milkshakes and they were pretty good. Might go back to give them a second chance.

Excellent home cut fries. Bright location, old fashioned milkshakes. Friendly staff. Downtown Cochrane location is great.

I honestly had no idea what Boardwalk was, but the sign was cool, and the burgers/fries/shakes caught my attention so I gave it a shot. Had the mushroom burger combo with onion rings. Burger was nicely done, good beefy taste, slightly bland, but nonetheless was a good burger with tasty mushrooms, cheese on a nice bun. Onion rings were crispy and tasty, so no issues there. Lots of alternate burger places these days, interior has nice décor and also offers shakes, which I need to try, so I will definitely be back.

I can't stress enough how important this is to me. As someone that does not drink ice tea or rootbeer (blech)! I am very happy to have this rare option of Ginger ale. Great burgers made fresh for you, poutine, regular fries or sweet potato fries, and the best tasting turkey burger patty. The have milkshakes too, but I haven't had one yet. Stay in or take out with Telus wifi available. Loyalty card too!
