This review is due to the experience we had on August 16. My partner and I live far from the property and wanted to go on the 16th of August. We wanted to know if you would be open that day. The first thing I did was look on Google maps to see if the place would be open, since they are dates that may be vacations. And it said that that day it would be open. I saw a review on August 14, so we deduced that it was open until that day. And since it said that the next day it would be open, we took the car and traveled more than an hour on the way (only one way). During the journey we were calling by phone and they did not pick up on some occasions, on others it was busy and the last call we made, they picked up the call but they cut it off immediately. When we arrived, we found that it was closed. We made a trip of more than 2 hours (round trip) because they managed Google maps very well and did not put a message on the phone or answer the call or something that gave the information to their clients that it would be closed (I suppose that for vacation a few days). Undoubtedly deserved... but if you don't have a website and the only way to contact you is by phone and by the information from Google maps, you could as a precaution to avoid what happened, update the hours of Google maps or put the necessary information so that clients know that you are going on vacation because some of us are not fortune tellers! And if Google Maps is not up to date because they have forgotten it, at least if it is tomorrow they see that the phone is being called, then take the call and inform us and thus we would have saved the trip, our time and the money for gasoline. They don't even have the professionalism to apologize when reading this review. A 10 for the food, a 0 for its service.

We did not order, they asked if we were hungry and then just kept bringing plates....a variety of cold meats, a huge salad, lamb cutlets, cooked sausages, potatoes and bread...then an amazing collection of desserts for us to try. We had beer and red wine, coffees....the lot. Amazing value and a great experience. It might be difficult if you do not speak any Spanish or like cocina casera...but we will definitely go back.

Always go back there.
