I have never met Doug bu... read more The coffee cake has large chunks of a crumbly top, fruit center, rhubarb, I believe. It's light and not too sweet - absolutely perfect. I have never met Doug but the manager and staff are exceptionally friendly. Post script - peanut butter and chocolate cookies are very more-ish.
