The food is almost always good, however, even using the app, every other time we've been here our order has either not been correct or we've had to wait longer than 10 minutes (even ordering ahead!)for our food to be ready. Unsure if they are under new management or just a lot of new staff but they could definitely use to improve on the timeliness and accuracy of their orders.

I can't understand how he still has a job! Whenever he is there, I just walk out because every time I come hereand that man is on shift, he is always verbally abusing and degrading someone.
