Real coffee Edit: watched how the start the oven today, big wads of plastic dripping onto the firebrick.. as a brick oven builder, a wood fired pizza aficionado, and baker, I was disgusted. True there is no consern for burning plastic here but still, most people wouldn't start a wood oven with 15 plastic bags even here... almost all of the most toxic parts of plastic never burn but melt and will be absorbed by the firebrick and redeposited on the pizza cooked there. Not good. They had good dry wood, there is no reason to melt plastic all over the oven floor then cook on it. Management take note.
