I came to KFC around 6 pm during Dinner time get to Drive thru and the girl states there is NonChicken its cooking and it can take up to 20 minutes. KFC get it together, you know it's Dinner time people don't want to cook, you should have Chicken ready. Than I had to wait in Drive thru for 2 other cars ahead of me. Manager please check your staff, they need to be on top of Food.
When I walked in, the place had a strong odor that reminded me of urine, and it was quite unpleasant. I felt like gagging. I went ahead and placed my order, but the restroom had the same smell. I asked the woman at the register why it smelled so bad, and she just replied, "Yeah, it does." It was really off-putting.
The place was dirty, and the meat had an odd flavor, with the bones appearing black. However, the service was good, so I rated it three stars.
I ordered ahead for a 12 piece extra crispy at 4pm to be picked up at 5 15p and I still had to wait over 30 minutes because they didn't have extra crispy. If I ordered ahead wouldn't you had made sure you had some when the order was placed over an hour ago..
Worse place To go to Customer service is a -0 and To order they take 20min for just some chicken Never again
