NASTY NASTY NASTY. Pictures taken and will be sent to corporate. Even charged for the wrong sanwhich and 6 dollars for 2 nasty sodas nope. Do not go here. If you like subway there is one a few minutes from this one.

The fact that it happens every time i order from here tells me the workers are doing somethingwrong.

The $4.99 six-inch sandwiches (without a combo) I've always gotten here have now suddenly gone up to $6. It's clear they are unhappy in their jobs.

I placed my order through the Subway app but still had to wait for my sandwich to be... read more I had a terrible experience at Subway, especially with Cassandra's service. I placed my order through the Subway app but still had to wait for my sandwich to be made, even with only two people in line. To make things worse, they got my order wrong. I asked for avocado and was charged extra, but it was missing when I got home. After driving back, I called to request a refund because I had to wait for my sandwich and was charged for something I didn’t receive. Cassandra answered the phone and was rude from the beginning. She interrupted me, mentioned her manager wasn’t available, and abruptly hung up. She claimed it wasn't her fault since she didn't make my sandwich, but that's no excuse for her behavior. I remained calm and polite, so I don't understand why she had to act that way. Overall, it ruined my meal.
