What User doesn't like about Dashi Japanese:
we decided to go with two portions of the two available bark types teriyaki and spicy. the noodles are very good, we liked them, but the bark was below average. many stripes were not edible as it was neither uncooked nor fat. this should not be done in my opinion, therefore the 3 stars only review. View all feedback.
