Although no one apologized for the mistake, I appreciated their handling of the situation. I will definitely be coming back to this restaurant. The service is consistently quick and friendly. Although the fries could be better, they do have some delicious seasoning that adds to their flavor.

We were informed that only online orders were being accepted, yet the customers behind us were allowed to place their orders without any problem. The staff seemed indifferent and lacked basic customer service skills. I plan to contact corporate to share my experience and make them aware of the kind of employees they have. People with this attitude should not be in the food service industry. Thanks for ruining my son's birthday celebration!

A... read more I really love the wings, but I was taken aback to see the lobby being mopped at 8 PM. The cleaning solution had a very unpleasant odor, similar to dirty feet. Additionally, the loud gangster rap music coming from the kitchen was quite distracting. The cashier even recommended that I avoid sitting at a table since all the chairs were stacked on them. Overall, it wasn't a great experience.

During my last visit, the tables were dirty and there were flies around. I wouldn’t have stayed to eat if I hadn’t ordered takeout. The rating would be higher if the store were cleaner.
