Besides... read more While the reviews for this particular McDonald 's maybe comparable to other McDonald 's in the area, everyone knows this is the bad McDonald 's in town. Besides the blond haired woman that works there, most of the employees that work the drive thru areextremely rude. As a former business owner, I would never tolerate the indifference I 've been shown (on multiple occasions) bysome of the employees that work there. Saying hi or bye, or even acknowledging a customer 's existence, would be a heck of a lotbetter than just sticking your hand out the window for their money, while not even making eye contact with them. I won 't even gointo the quality and freshness of the food, which is subpar to say the very least. I sincerely hope the owners of thisMcDonald 's fail as a business, so someone who cares even the slightest about their customers, takes over. -F

They replaced an item I purchased through the mobile app with another and refunded the difference smoothly. Although I'm not very familiar with such situations, the process was effortless. I really appreciate the spacious seating and the overall aesthetic of the place. The restrooms are wheelchair accessible, which is great since the seating areas are quite roomy. They also have updated ordering kiosks that work efficiently. My order was perfect! I'm really glad I visited this McDonald's.
