Every time we're here, the food and service is on top and they always get our food fresh and fast! Today, one of her employees, Marissa, went beyond and beyond to make sure we were happy. As someone who worked in food for years, I know that mistakes/adults happen from time to time and there is not much you can do, but to handle it the best you can. When I brought our thing to Marissa, I let her know that it was okay and that I like a small cup for a sprite and she apologised and gave me a cup, but then surprised me with a refund that I did not demand. This is QUALITY customer service! I am so grateful for her kindness and how much she took care of. She is great!!! Thank you. This is the BEST McDonald's in town.

Besides... read more While the reviews for this particular McDonald 's maybe comparable to other McDonald 's in the area, everyone knows this is the bad McDonald 's in town. Besides the blond haired woman that works there, most of the employees that work the drive thru areextremely rude. As a former business owner, I would never tolerate the indifference I 've been shown (on multiple occasions) bysome of the employees that work there. Saying hi or bye, or even acknowledging a customer 's existence, would be a heck of a lotbetter than just sticking your hand out the window for their money, while not even making eye contact with them. I won 't even gointo the quality and freshness of the food, which is subpar to say the very least. I sincerely hope the owners of thisMcDonald 's fail as a business, so someone who cares even the slightest about their customers, takes over. -F

Got some of the most delicious hamburgers I've ever gotten from a McDonald's ever. The buns were neat fresh, the ingredients were carefully prepared, andarranged. Almost looked exactly like the photos, and I'm not kidding! They were great, and the staff were friendly. First reviewof a McDonald's ever for me, ever. :

This is at 9pm when there?s no other customers. Ended up waiting 15 minutes to get a cheeseburger and nuggets. Totop it off, this burger is severely undercooked. Don?t judge me, I was eating in the dark
