What Alex dislikes about Red Lobster:
We stopped here for dinner because I was craving seafood. Unfortunately, I found a hair in my lobster dip. While they did offer to replace it, after seeing the hair, my appetite was gone. Justine was my server, very efficient and good!! Food was fresh and hot, I don't frequent Red Lobster often, but this one today was superb, and I'm picky about my review. Justine was cute but she'll probably never see or respond to this Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

Went in for soup n salad it took 3 times to bring me hot soup the waitress told me they microwave all their soup wow so you mean I’m paying for microwave soup very disappointed and the salad dressing tasted spoiled they have went to the ground Red Lobster I will not be back Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

Passing thru and hoped for a good meal. Sadly very disappointed. Our server was nice and that's the reason for the 2 stars. Food was warm at best, crab over cooked and my wife's shrimp Alfredo was horrible.. Completely saturated with butter sauce/oil,etc. Wasn't even eatible. Should be ashamed.
Best Ever. Everything we put into our mouths was delicious! I wish I could remember the name of our waitress, she was also the best ever.. very attentive and friendly. I definitely recommend. It was worth every penny. Loved it! We will be returning soon.
I visited your Clovis, NM restaurant for dinner with my partner on May 20th. The food was among the best I've had at any of your locations, with some fantastic new menu items. However, what truly made our meal memorable was the service. Our server, Kass, was outstanding! It was the best tableside service I've experienced in quite some time. She was very professional and demonstrated a strong commitment to the company, but it was clear that her primary focus was ensuring an excellent experience for her customers. Thank you for the delightful dining experience, Kass. We look forward to seeing you again!
The waiter was fantastic, and the food was delicious. We didn't have to wait long for anything. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
I'm being generous with my rating because the biscuits and iced tea were, as always, fantastic. However, I was disappointed with the grilled chicken Caesar salad at this location. I couldn't even finish it. First, the chicken wasn't actually grilled, even though the menu says it is. I gave it a try, and it was just okay. Second, the salad was drenched in Caesar dressing to the point that it became soggy. I really don't understand how such a simple dish could be messed up. I've been to the Red Lobster in Fort Worth many times and never had a problem, so it seems to be specific to this location. Everything else was fine—the atmosphere and the staff were great. I take some responsibility for ordering that dish at a Red Lobster, but I wonder why they even offer it if it’s not prepared well.

We had a nice lunch at Red Lobster. The service was really good, and the food was brought out promptly. I really enjoyed the salmon New Orlean's with side Caesar salad and green beans, my son enjoyed his popcorn shrimp, and my wife enjoyed her shrimp scampi. I felt the bacon wrapped scallop appetizer was good but over priced for what we got. One unexpected positive was that they had a diaper changing station in the men's restroom- so that was a nice surprise. I think overall this was a good lunch. I understand that this is a chain and doesn't serve the best seafood ever, but I think for seafood in Clovis, this was a great meal.
Not a lot of sea food options when you choose to live this far inland and in the middle of nowhere. It's nice to have the option to eat out at Red Lobster. We purposely save the opportunity for special occasions birthdays graduation etc. Our local Red Lobster has never disappointed.
Forgot food, workers vacuuming under the table next to us while we ate and then went table to table with a flash light inspecting. We ordered crab abs they didn 't bring the utensils to eat with. We waited 10 minutes to be seated, then the greeter said, give me a few to clean a table for you in an irritated tone.
Had a fabulous tasty dinner and our server was a class act! Best service ever!!! Customer service can make or break the entire experience and I have to say our server definitely enhanced and added to our entire dining experience, exactly how dining should be. And of course the dinner was very tasty. The mixed drinks we ordered were very tasty just a weak pour on the alcohol.
The food was not only subpar but almost inedible. Lobster was rubbery. NY strip Steak was ordered medium rare and arrived with the tensile strength of a well done, but completely raw inside. Outside was over salted but inside was still cold. After requesting it to be properly cooked it was returned with the edges browned but sides still cold and inside still cold. The coleslaw was the only good item we received.

Excellent service by Tony! Food was quite good although it could have been hotter. Enjoyed a nice evening with friends and did not feel rushed to leave.
My friend found the shrimp to be plump and well-cooked, but the roasted vegetables, which included Brussels sprouts and butternut squash, were unfortunately quite hard. They had some color from roasting but weren’t cooked all the way through. She asked for a change to her dish, opting for mashed potatoes with lobster sauce, which was delightful and included some chunks of lobster. As for my pizza, it was decent, though slightly overcooked. Our server was efficient and friendly, which made the meal enjoyable. However, when we raised the issue of the undercooked vegetables with the manager, he seemed uncertain about how to address our feedback, although he did say he would have a word with the kitchen. Overall, despite a few setbacks, RL is likely the best restaurant in our small community.
I enjoyed a delightful lunch with a friend. The food was outstanding, and the service was excellent too. However, the entrance could use some enhancements.

4 out of 4 times to visit my food was hot and delicious! Our waiters were attentive and friendly and they keep it super clean in it. I'm going back. I eat my food so fast I don't even think about pictures, but next time I'll be sure to take some.
Yummy! Service was fast and not waiting. Eat delicious! Cheddar Biscuit recipe has changed slightly as they are not more than cheddar-y, but are still really good. A little overpriced in my opinion, but huge plates so definitely get food for your money. And have so much for dinner next night. Work for me! White Sangria was delicious! However, alcohol content is somewhat weak. Still delicious!
Enjoyed a shared meal with my husband of grilled salmon and coconut shrimp. Good service. Food hot and attractive. Their sidewalks and entry way could use some work. Not attractive at all.
Good service, but the food was missing. Baked fish was very fat and lobster tasted like he burned Froster.
I met my BFF for a holiday dinner. She ordered Shrimp Scampi with Roasted Vegs and I had the Langostino Lobster Pizza. Our garden salads were fresh and tasty, but dramatically different in portions. Their shrimps were plump and well prepared, but the vegetables (Brussels Sprouts and Butternut Squash) were hard. They had a small color from the skill or flat top, but were not cooked at all. She asked for the substitution of potatoes with Lobster sauce. Very delicious sauce with 3-4 pieces of lobster. My pizza was pretty good, a bit baked. Our server was efficient and friendly. When we told the manager about the undercooked vegetables, he seemed like he didn't know how to treat critical feedback, but said he would talk to him. RL is probably the best place in our small community.
