Customer service was great. Now I'm not saying they do this all the time but when I got a 12 piece for the fam it was so dang greasy. Don't put so much grease
Food took a while. Shift supervisor and cashier were great but the two of them could only do so much. The guy who gave us our order only gave us our entrees and when I asked for the rest of our order he rudely asked for a receipt. The area near the soda machine was filthy and I had to go ask for utensils when they should already know most meals at KFC require utensils to eat with. Highly disappointed. Very cold in there too.
The food was delicious and consistently flavorful. However, the customer service needs improvement. I often had to ask for essentials like napkins, butter, and jelly, which should be standard. Management should focus on maintaining control over the staff and ensure they receive proper training.
The place was filthy from the dining room to the bathrooms. I told an employee and a night manager that there wasn't a clean table in the place ,the first bathroom had a roll of toilet paper clogging it up both bathrooms had trash on the floor the floor everywhere in the place was so slick u could slide across it windows havent not seen a good cleaning for quite some time. I've been in this particular restaurant for years now it's been here a very l ong time ...Sad place needs direction

The new Beyond nuggets are fantastic and an excellent option for those who don’t eat meat. I truly hope they become popular and stay on the menu. Everything was cooked to perfection, and I really appreciate all the extra sauce! I’ll definitely be ordering again soon.
I really appreciate this deal, but unfortunately, KFC was out of mac and cheese today. The first delivery person mentioned a 30-minute wait, and then later said they were out. I understand that things happen, but it would be helpful if they were clear about whether it was just a delay or if they were truly out of stock. Just be upfront about it. Other than that, the food was good. I just had to whip up some corn at home to round out my meal since the mac and cheese wasn’t available.
The chicken was terrible and inedible; it was undercooked and excessively greasy, with the skin not even attached to the meat. I will not be ordering again.
The 8 pc. Chicken and 8 pc. Tenders Fill Up is an excellent value. Unfortunately, we’ve ordered 2 KFC Wraps twice, and both times they were missing from our order. It would be great to finally try them so we can give our thoughts.

I don?t understand why they closed at 11pm. I get there at 10PM SHARPED and they don?t even have any chickens available. That?s a 1 hour gap right there. This is the second time that has happen. I understand that they got to clean and stuff but still, atleast have some chicken available or not then please close at 10pm. This is ridiculous. I have to drive to another locationacross town that close at 11pm just to get chicken and they still have chicken available at 10:20.
Just a plain hot mess! We were missing 2 pieces of chicken and 2 biscuits. One man was waiting 30 minutes for chicken pot pie. Another woman was missing multiple items. Team members were at a loss as to what to do it seemed like
I love KFC. The Shaw Ave location does a fairly good job of getting the orders correct, although we did go through the drive thru this morning and a biscuit was left out of the 5 tenders box I ordered. But, mistakes happen. The clerks at the windoware always friendly and polite.
