Ordered $63 worth of food the other night and drove all the way home to see a whole meal was missing from my order, tried calling their listed Google number right after which is 30 minutes before closing and no answer.. of course

I said no your sign says $7.99 why i... read more Went through the drive thru and saw on the screen the Big box for $7.99, when I got to the window to pay I was told $12.99! I said no your sign says $7.99 why is it so much? The manager came and apologized and said they have basically the same thing foronly $5 and add the Mac and cheese a small additional charge. I agreed and paid. When I got home I noticed they didn?t give me areceipt so I checked my bank transactions and KFC charged me $10.76 for my order. If that was the case I would have just paid acouple dollars more of the $12.99 asked to in the beginning. False advertisement and CROOKS!!!

Had just filled my dri... read more The person who took my order was very polite. I had a coupon for the 3 piece meal asked if I could have 2 thighs a drumstick. No problem. Had just filled my drink when the order was ready. So polite workers, speedy service I saved $5.00 withthe coupon. Very happy customer here. Same excellent service as last time even with a rookie employee. She needed help with theorder apologized for needing help in getting the order correct. She was very sweet friendly I was sympathetic to hertribulations with the order. She will be an outstanding employee with a little more experience
