Email said it would be ready at 1:55. I waited and waited and when they asked for my name at 2:12, I told them and they never made my sandwich. I finally walked out at 2:18. 2 stars instead of 1 because at a least the sandwich tasted good. Owner/management you either need to back up your staff more, or change your system to have an accurate pick up time. I could've gotten more errands done in the meantime had I known it would take an extra 20 minutes. Edit: they have me the wrong bread. I'm really bummed
