My drink wasn’t ready, and despite paying extra for boosts, they made it wrong and left them out entirely. Overall, it felt like a waste of $11. This location seems to be struggling with staffing problems. I hope they improve their menu service soon.

If you have a large group of around 25 people, finding space inside might be challenging. The bathroom was not very clean but was usable, odor-free, and functional when I visited with a small group for some shakes. The staff efficiently managed multiple orders without any confusion over complex requests or splitting the bill. They were friendly and professional throughout. Its close proximity to the movie theater makes it a convenient spot for a snack before or after a film, especially for groups or kids. However, since it’s somewhat hidden away from the main mall, you might easily overlook this tiny shop unless you’re specifically searching for Jamba Juice. The mall itself has a rougher atmosphere with visible graffiti and many skaters, but I actually like it for that—it feels youthful and a bit rebellious. Thanks for reading! My only suggestion is to keep a closer watch on the bathroom. My friends and I didn’t encounter any major issues, just some scattered toilet paper. There were no stains or anything serious.
