My family has been visiting Luna's Pizzeria since I was a child. We probably went there every week for years, but then life happened and we moved away. Recently, I was back in Fresno visiting family and went to my nephew's baseball game. Afterward, my nephew's dad asked if we wanted to grab a bite at Luna's. My dad and I exchanged excited looks—could it really be the same place? I love reliving memories, and that night was a wonderful trip down memory lane.
Luna's is always a delightful experience. The food is exceptional, no matter what you choose. Their eggplant parmesan is simply outstanding! However, unless you're very hungry, it's best to go for the half order—it comes with four slices! From homemade bread and butter to salad topped with Italian dressing and crumbled blue cheese, as well as delicious pizza and pasta featuring generous meatballs or large sausages, everything is delicious. While the service has been a bit inconsistent lately due to COVID and staffing shortages, the quality of the food remains excellent. They also have a fantastic space for gatherings and offer catering services that are truly remarkable and reasonably priced. Plus, you can often find a coupon for takeout in the Clovis Roundup paper! Give them a try; you won’t be disappointed. They’ve been a staple in the community for nearly 50 years!
