The food was delicious, and the service was amazing! It was a pleasure to have Briana as our server! She went above and beyond meeting all of our needs! She was sweet and so efficient! Do NOT come here unless you want your food to have been SPITTEN into. Me and my family came in a week ago and there was an employee Oliesha who held this prejudice against us and we weren't even in the door for 5 minutes. She was completely unprofessional especially considering she went as far to make my 7 year old baby cry. I would call corporate but I figure that young lady has enough problems. Bree was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING however I never want to go into Cotton patch and hear Sexy Red singing “pound town” like are we for real? I’m a young person and I was amazed that they were really playing that at the front counter on a speaker! Very unprofessional but Bree made up for it!

The service at this restaurant was outstanding, and the food was delightful. I especially loved the fried mushrooms with ranch, and the chicken platters were served in generous portions. The sauces were flavorful, too.
I had a great experience with my burger here. The menu had a wide variety of options. I can’t wait to return to try the fried steak. In the meantime, the service was excellent, and my table remained clean throughout the meal.
Every time I've ordered from this restaurant, there seems to be an issue. On my first visit, they forgot my drinks. The second time, I received the wrong dish. The third time, it happened again, and this time it even had a hair in it! Additionally, the second dish was missing the ice. I always call ahead to confirm my order, but it’s still disappointing. While the food is tasty, the consistent lack of attention to detail and disregard for customer satisfaction is really frustrating, especially since I have to call and complain every time.
Eating was decent, but the chicken salad sandwich tasted more like a patty melt than huh. the salads were great. the hummingbird cake was excellent. the staff was very friendly and helpful, but underoccupied so that the floors and tables are needed to drive.
Good food with even better service, my server Ana made sure my complicated order was correct and made sure everything was served promptly and correct. She definitely made my overall Cotton Patch experience a great one! 9/10 food and 10/10 service!

I'm not entirely sure about the food yet, but I'll share more details soon. However, I found the menu pictures a bit misleading. When I arrived, I noticed that the takeout menu was different from what I saw online. Two items I wanted to order weren’t available. I understand that some things can be seasonal, but I was really looking forward to what I had seen, only to be disappointed.
She didn’t input our orders as we requested, and we ended up missing a child's meal. We had to remind her about it twice before it finally arrived, and by that time, everyone else at the table had already finished eating. To make matters worse, she never refilled our drinks, which should be a basic expectation during dinner service. A good waiter should know to keep drinks filled. We didn’t receive a warm greeting or any effort to enhance our dining experience. A waiter should work hard for a tip by providing excellent service, but that certainly wasn’t the case tonight. When we left, there was no farewell or thank you, making it feel like bare minimum service. On a Friday or Saturday night, there should be at least 8 to 10 waiters, not just 2. It’s disappointing to see this place fall short of its former glory.
This restaurant offers an excellent variety of healthy options alongside hearty dishes. You’ll definitely enjoy their warm, homemade rolls. Some of their most delectable meals include catfish dishes, chicken fried steak, and soups! The service is outstanding, the ambiance is clean and inviting, and the prices are quite reasonable.

I recently had some business in Clovis and hadn’t been there in quite a while. I was delighted to come across this cafe, so my family and I decided to stop in for lunch. We arrived during the busy lunch rush, which resulted in a longer wait for our food after placing our orders. My husband and son both ordered burgers, and they were fantastic! I had the fish and chips, which I thought were a bit overcooked and overly breaded. The dining area had a lovely farmhouse-style decor. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
My family and I recently visited this restaurant for dinner, and we were very disappointed with our experience. We arrived early, before 6:00 PM, and noticed that only one other table had been served ahead of us. Despite this, it took quite a while for our server to take our drink order. When we asked for lemonades, we were informed they were out of stock, so we opted for sodas and teas instead. As we waited for our food, more tables were seated, including a party of six who received their meals before we did. It took a full 40 minutes for our order to arrive, with different parts of our meal coming out at separate times. To make matters worse, the food was cold and lacked flavor. When I mentioned this to our server, she offered to prepare something else, but we declined. Although we received a coupon for a free appetizer or dessert, we were still charged for our meal. Overall, we spent over $50 and left feeling unsatisfied. We won't be returning and would advise others to steer clear of this restaurant as well.
