The food was impressive – the ribs were tender and literally fell off the bone, the TriTip was also really tender, and the potato salad was delicious. While we didn't dislike the Mac n Cheese, it was a bit too saucy for our taste and had a slightly grainy texture, although the flavor was quite good.

This was my first visit to the restaurant, and the food didn't impress me. While the service was good, the mac and cheese felt rushed—it was grainy and bland. The beans were quite similar in quality. The meat was tender, but it lacked flavor apart from the barbecue sauce slathered on it. I really hoped for a better experience. This was my first time here. I happened on the menu before I went in and had it narrowed down to two 2 choices, Pulled pork or the Tri-tip. Pulled pork won and I got the small fries. I'm older so this made two meals for me. My Friend got Tri-tip and it was loaded. He got side of beans and was enjoying them.Wheelchair accessibility: I did notice right up front parking with room for ramp egress and ease up to the restaurant. Door may be a hard pull without help.
Chuck's BBQ has the best bacon cheese burger!!! Taste is all that. Bacon is quality and so is the cheese. Fries are good too.
First off, I am a supporter of small businesses. A few days ago, there was a fundraiser and I bought 4 plates; overall, the food was disappointing. The plate consisted of tri-tip, rice pilaf, bread, and another side dish that I forgot. The tri-tip was on the tough and dry side, the rice was mushy, and the bread was hard/stale. I really wanted it to do well but it just didn't happen. I am hoping it was just an off day.
First time at Chuck’s. Ended up ordering tritip and brisket plate along with Mac and cheese and rice pilaf. I don’t know which I liked better the tritip or brisket. I was pleasantly surprised on both and the sides were delicious. I would recommend Chuck’s to anyone hungry for bbq.
Don't get me wrong meat was tender and it pulled apart nicely but when it came to the flavor it did not have any including sides. I wanted to try a new BBQ spot and saw this one, sorry but I won't be going back.
