My steak burrito was mostly rice and lacked seasoning. On top of that, the tables were dirty. I’m uncertain if I’ll come back to Chipotle in the future.

One day, they w... read more We like coming to this Chipotle Mexican Grill because of its convenient location, but over the past six months, they often run out of key items. One day, they were out of white rice, another time no guacamole, and on another occasion, no vegetables. Since it’s usually busy, I wonder if they’re having supply problems. The staff seems a bit disorganized, lacking clear management or leadership. They’ve even run out of drinks, forks, and other basic utensils. I ended up eating my salad without a fork, which gave my wife and me a good laugh.

Every visit to this Chipotle location results in an issue with my order. The first time, they forgot to add the guacamole I paid for, and this time, they only prepared half of my order, leaving out the rest of the vegetables. I don’t usually complain, but paying for this level of service is unacceptable.
