My steak burrito was primari... read more I was looking forward to visiting Chipotle Mexican Grill for lunch after not having been there for a while, but I was disappointed. My steak burrito was primarily filled with rice and lacked flavor. Additionally, the tables were not clean. I’m not sure I’ll be returning to Chipotle again.

On one occas... read more We enjoy visiting this restaurant because of its convenient location, but for the past six months, it seems they frequently run out of major items. On one occasion, they were out of white rice, another time it was guacamole, and yet another time they had no vegetables. While I can’t imagine it’s difficult to gauge the crowd, this place never seems to be slow, so I wonder if there’s a supply issue. I've never noticed any real management or leadership here; it often feels like a group of people scrambling around. They've even run out of beverages, forks, and other essential utensils. I tried eating my salad without a fork, which turned into a bit of a laugh for my wife and me.

Every time I visit this location, something goes wrong with my order. The first time, they forgot to include the guacamole I paid for, and this time, they messed up my order again by only preparing half of it and leaving out the rest of the vegetables. I'm not one to usually complain, but it's simply unacceptable to pay for this kind of service.
