It 's pointless ordering online. You wait as long if not longer than if you just went inside and ordered. 3 times now we 've ordered online for pick up. It tell... read more It 's pointless ordering online. You wait as long if not longer than if you just went inside and ordered. 3 times now we 've ordered online for pick up. It tells you 15 to 20 minutes. We arrive 20 to 30 minutes and our food still was not ready. We 've received excuses like our online order system was down so we are playing g catch up , we had a large group come in (that shouldn 't affect online orders which are made on a different counter and you 're required to pick up outside) we are short staffed (yet there 's like 7 people behind the counter and 2 or 3 can be seen in the kitchen from outside).

I have a severe shellfish allergy, but this restaurant happens to be my daughter’s favorite, so I don’t mind bringing her here because it encourages her to eat... read more I have a severe shellfish allergy, but this restaurant happens to be my daughter’s favorite, so I don’t mind bringing her here because it encourages her to eat her vegetables. On my first visit, I thought I would just have a Coke since almost everything on the menu contains shellfish. However, I noticed the Chinese Chicken Salad and asked the staff if there were any shellfish in that dish. I was taken aback by her response. She asked me a few questions about what I could and couldn’t eat, then disappeared into the kitchen. She returned with fresh, unopened ingredients and began preparing the salad for me. She mentioned that her dad has a shellfish allergy as well and that he has to be cautious when eating out, so she understood the importance of being careful. The effort she put into ensuring that my food wouldn’t come into contact with shellfish meant a lot to me. The food itself was delicious, and the Chinese Chicken Salad has become one of my favorites. However, it’s the exceptional customer service and attention to detail that truly make this place outstanding for dining.

I had the spicy chicken Katsu, and it was fresh, hot, and absolutely amazing.
