Two of our four burgers were undercooked. My daughters chicken tenders were slimy and undercooked as well. There shake machine was down and told us after we ordered so they had to give us our money back. There fries are really good and only took 30 minutes after ordering inside.
Service is extremely slow. The quality is less than other burger joints in The area. When you can't compete with McDonald's for quality something is wrong. The staff isn't very quick with orders and running orders out to cars slows the process down more than it helps. They're already short staffed but somehow the reasoning behind running food to cars one by one makes more sense than using the drive through properly. Simple fact. When it takes 5 minutes to get a fry out
