The staff isn't very quick with orders and running orders out to cars slows the process down more than it helps. They're already short staffed but somehow the reasoning behind running food to cars one by one makes more sense than using the drive through properly. Simple fact. Our first time there today, and we can already tell the employees are only there to do there job and nothing more. They didn?t care to say a single word besides the total. And to tell us to park in a spot and wait for the food. That?s fine. But then our food gets brought out, and handed straight to us. We happily thank her and she doesn?t give two craps to acknowledge us. Not to mention how over

The temperature of the food was ap... read more We enjoyed the meal at Blake?s the other day. The wait was long, as expected. The food took longer than expected to come out. The temperature of the food was appropriate, the taste was good, and the appearance was fine. The chicken strips were quite tasty and surprisingly juicy. Nice crisp on the outside. Two were average size and the third one was quite small. Hopefully there can be more consistency with the portions. We had a couple items that were missing from the order.

ZERO STARS!! The family and I were really excited to try this place. Ordered a burger meal, chicken sandwich, a frito pie and pumpkin pie shake for dine in. Food was brought out in to-go bags, no Fritos, no shake. I went to the register toask about shake and was told they were making it fresh and it would be out in a little bit. Opened the chili and immediatelyknew it smelled off but I?d never been here so I tried it. IT WAS RANCID!!! I took it to the register, cashier smelled it, tookit to the back, came out and said they were making a fresh batch. My family finished eating. I got a fresh cup of chili (filthy,photo attached) still no Fritos but young man from kitchen said he?d bring them. He brought Fritos and a brownie, apologized.Chili with Fritos added was good. Still no shake. I finished my frito pie, still waiting for shake. 30 minutes after ordering,as we are walking out, my husband asks if my shake is ready and cashier said the ice cream wouldn?t come out if machine. I?massuming now that the brownie was a replacement for my shake but no one said anything and I?d rather had my money back. Myfamily and I WILL NOT be back.
