Was anonymous at 13 Prime Steak a mag?
Ok. So here’s the deal. The food is great…but what’s severely lacking is the food cost relative to location. If you’re gonna spend hundreds on dinner I better feel like it’s a “night on the town”…a higher priced menu in a non metropolitan “neighborhood strip center” is very very hard to justify these costs. That’s just the business person in me. I wish the owners nothing but love and hope every supports them! View all feedback.

What Felipa Howell dislikes about 13 Prime Steak:
Spaghetti and Mac and cheese were amazing. Steaks were pretty disappointing. Originally got a bad cut of the cowboy ribeye which was exchanged for a porterhouse medium rare. Came out rare-rare, got sent back to be reheated and still came out pretty rare. I felt bad sending it back but they really tried making it right. Good service! View all feedback.

I have NEVER had bad service or a bad meal!! Everything had always been a 10! From the bartenders who constantly want to make sure you are taken care of, to all the servers who wish the same!

Me and my husband had the Weeknight Date Night Special and it was worth it. We had the 44oz porterhouse steak to share and asked for a medium-rare temp as our main entree but it came out medium. Although it was okay because the steak is tender and it is well seasoned and goes well with our sides which is the au gratin and corn. Their peppercorn sauce is lit We ordered out of the weeknight date night menu and tried the popcorn lobster and the grilled bacon and it was soooo good. We will surely have another dinner here and will try the other items on their menu.

My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary at this restaurant, and we had a wonderful experience. The service was outstanding, and our waiter, Rib, was exceptional. She ensured that we were both happy throughout the evening. The food was delicious, and the drinks were excellent as well. Thank you for a lovely evening; it was a truly romantic dinner.

I went to this restaurant with my husband to celebrate our anniversary, but unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The waitress wasn’t forthcoming about the serving sizes of the side dishes when we inquired, and our tomahawk steak was seriously undercooked. We spent nearly three hours there, with two of those just waiting for our food. During that time, we saw our waitress only twice. The manager passed by near the end of our meal and asked how our experience was. When we shared our concerns, his response was, "Oh, you should have told me sooner," and he then tried to shift the blame onto us for our unsatisfactory experience. He didn’t offer any partial compensation for the bill or suggest remaking our steak. This was actually the first time we encountered him that evening, after waiting two hours for our food and dealing with a disappointing dinner. I have a lot of family in the restaurant industry, including my parents who manage and establish new restaurants. I’ve learned firsthand how to handle situations like this, and this was not the way to do it. I sincerely hope that the staff, especially the management, improves their approach to handling subpar dining experiences so that they can better serve future customers.
