My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary at this restaurant, and we had a wonderful experience. The service was outstanding, and our waiter, Rib, was exceptional. She ensured that we were both happy throughout the evening. The food was delicious, and the drinks were excellent as well. Thank you for a lovely evening; it was a truly romantic dinner.
I went to this restaurant with my husband to celebrate our anniversary, but unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The waitress wasn’t forthcoming about the serving sizes of the side dishes when we inquired, and our tomahawk steak was seriously undercooked. We spent nearly three hours there, with two of those just waiting for our food. During that time, we saw our waitress only twice. The manager passed by near the end of our meal and asked how our experience was. When we shared our concerns, his response was, "Oh, you should have told me sooner," and he then tried to shift the blame onto us for our unsatisfactory experience. He didn’t offer any partial compensation for the bill or suggest remaking our steak. This was actually the first time we encountered him that evening, after waiting two hours for our food and dealing with a disappointing dinner. I have a lot of family in the restaurant industry, including my parents who manage and establish new restaurants. I’ve learned firsthand how to handle situations like this, and this was not the way to do it. I sincerely hope that the staff, especially the management, improves their approach to handling subpar dining experiences so that they can better serve future customers.
Dinner was absolutely fantastic! The Ribeye I ordered was bursting with flavor! Our waitress was attentive and checked on us regularly throughout our meal. We sat outside on the patio, which was very clean, and the refreshing breeze made the experience even better!
I had a 21 person wedding dinner in their private dining room and it was perfect! Everyone loved the food and the staff were so kind and helpful. I would definitely host another event here in the future!
A nice place, ambience reminds me a mix of Colton's Social House, Fleming, and Ruth's Steakhouse. Dark, lively, and crowded. We had reservations here at 6:30 on a Saturday, not too busy. We most likely could have walked in but by 7:30 pm it did start to get more packed so, plan accordingly. The bar area seemed to be where it was most lively. I did not have any drinks but the bartenders seemed like they knew their stuff!! Very interactive with customers Started off with the Crispy Lobster and im so glad we chose this! Reminded me of an upgraded version of honey walnut shrimp! Sweet, tangy, and a kick of spice; the aioli... I couldn't even think of what kind of ingredients the flavor profile compiled of. It was that good! (Be cautious as it's addicting, it'll be gone before you know it The steaks themselves were pretty average steaks. Had a yummy char, flavored char which I liked. I did order the dry aged ribeye, a bit tough and overcooked. (I'm assuming it was tough because it was over cooked to medium well when I requested for medium rare but no worries. Tomahawk was good, average. But I don't think I would spend 120+ again for something that's average again. Thick pieces, accurate to size/ounces. There's not much I can say but, it was just steak. Please note that entrees do not come with sides, you'd have to order them separately. We got the Chile Mac and cheese, nice kick! Very cheesy but in a good way. I'm assuming they use fresh grated cheese and non of that nacho/powdered cheese stuff Overall, I would give this a 3.7 stars but the service was very good and the steak cuts were the most accurate out of all places I've been to so far. Prices are a bit too much, you're not really paying for the food but maybe the experience? I felt as if the amount of I spent here was not really worth it. I did not get a woah factor here. But I'll be back for that crispy lobster!
