However, at 12:40 PM, 25 minutes later than expected, I was informed that I would need to wait an additional 10 minutes for the sweet potatoes. When I requested to cancel my order so I could go elsewhere, I was directed to email corporate instead. I ended up accepting the salad as it was, without dressing and incomplete. The service was terrible.

I work a couple of blocks away, and have been ordering pick up on the sweetgreen app. At every other location, my salad is always ready by the ETA in the app. But not here. This was sixth time picking up a salad at this location, and my order has been late all six times. It is inconvenient for a lunch option if you're having to wait an extra 15-20 minutes to get your salad. It would be fine if the app accounted for the extra time it takes this location to prepare orders and give a more realistic estimate.

However, the second time I orde... read more I've ordered takeout from this Sweetgreen location twice. The first time, I ordered in person and received a large, tasty salad. However, the second time I ordered online, the portion was only about half the size, which was disappointing for a $14 salad. I'm willing to give them another chance since the location is convenient for my work and the food is generally good, but I was definitely frustrated by the smaller portion on my last visit.

I work just a few blocks away and frequently order pick-up through the Sweetgreen app. At every other location, my salad is always prepared by the estimated time shown in the app. However, this hasn't been the case here. This was the sixth time I picked up a salad at this spot, and each time my order was delayed. It's frustrating to wait an extra 15-20 minutes for lunch when you're counting on a quick meal. It would be much better if the app reflected the longer preparation times at this location and provided more accurate ETAs.
