Menu
A comprehensive menu of Rey Azteca from Clover featuring all 47 dishes and drinks can be found here on the list.
Rey Azteca presents a polarized dining experience, capturing a mix of sentiments from patrons. While some rave about the authentic Mexican food, particularly the vegetable quesadilla and jalapeño margarita, others highlight poor service and disappointing dishes, such as subpar tacos and poorly prepared meals. The restaurant's atmosphere also drew criticism, with the need for renovations and cleanliness concerns. However, positive interactions, especially from attentive staff, have led to suggestions for a revisit. Overall, Rey Azteca offers potential for enjoyment but seems to suffer from inconsistencies in food quality and service that may deter discerning diners.

The atmosphere and food are excellent, and the service is commendable. I particularly enjoyed the combination meals, which were fresh and delicious. The drink prices were reasonable, although the margaritas don't quite match up to those at other places. Nonetheless, the food truly stands out, earning this spot a solid 5 stars for the best Mexican cuisine in the area. Thank you! View all feedback.
What Chichis chichis dislikes about Rey Azteca:
If you are Mexican, I recommend avoiding this restaurant. They don’t serve traditional tacos, and the ones they do have are disappointing—definitely not on par with true carnitas tacos. The ceviche was served without any toast, which was unexpected. We ordered asada tacos and they came wrapped in dry corn tortillas. Overall, I would rate the food a 1, the service a 2, and the atmosphere a 1. View all feedback.

I just wanted to say that after shopping nearby, my husband's blood sugar drastically dropped and I stopped in yesterday to grab a quick iced soda. The guy at the front grabbed it quickly after learning what the issue was. I appreciate it so much and I'll actually try the restaurant now from just this experience alone. Seriously this guy was so nice. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
