Good, b... read more This is one of those places you just want to keep going back to. The regular burgers are as good, maybe better than Sweetwaters. Tried a stuffed burger. Good, but I'll stick with the regular burgers. Fries are the best anywhere. Mushrooms are outstanding. If you want a steak, get the big one and split it with someone. Or, if you're my son, just eat it all. Best med rare. Get your burger that way too. Been going here a couple of years and never disappoints.

However,... read more I used Yelp to find a place to eat since I was new to the area, and I was a bit apprehensive when the directions led us past a few abandoned buildings. However, we were pleasantly surprised! Everything, including the sauces, is homemade, and you can really taste the difference in every bite. Our table ordered a stuffed Philly burger, wings, and BBQ chicken sandwiches, and every dish was completely finished. The service was outstanding; Patti herself took care of us, explaining the menu and chatting with us as if we were regulars. I can't recommend this place enough—not just for lunch but also for grabbing a beer and watching the game!

I agree with others that the food is inconsistent and is totally dependent upon who 's in the kitchen. Equally, the service seems on and off and is dependent on the server 's mood. The owner has the ability to turn it around and I hope she still has the interest. When all is working , it 's a great little spot with reasonable prices.
