I love the service. Every time I go in, everyone has been super friendly and helpful. The food is great from the Burgers and Philly Cheese Steaks to the Steaks it?s self. I?ve never been let down with my mixed drinks or beers on tap. If your passing through and are hungry or thirsty give it a shot. You?ll be happy you did!!
It's nice when a bar actually serves good food. Simple fare (burgers sandwiches off an unambitious (short menu, done right. Friendly, capable wait staff, with no mistakes. That's a refreshing change from the way things typically go in this day and age. The burgers were big and flavorful. The sides were very generous (they gave me a mountain of tater tots! Why not 5 stars? Atmosphere. It's a bar... barely a saloon. It was dark, but for the neon bar signs, and cramped, too dark to tell how clean it was, and the iced tea was weak. But we enjoyed the food.
It's a great bar but the day we were in it was quite warm inside. No air was moving, even though the front back door was open.
Had only a cocktail, but enjoyed the tavern friendly feeling. The people next to us shaved for the food. This is probably the coolest place...
This is a classic dark smokeable in the mountains and Cloudcroft would not be the same without them. A local hangout serves fantastic “GREEN CHILI CHEESEBURGERS”. This is a mandatory stop for us.

This restaurant used to be one of my favorite spots! Unfortunately, it has changed ownership, and the experience was disappointing. A friend and I stopped in for food and drinks, but we waited over ten minutes after receiving minimal acknowledgment and never ended up being served. We decided to leave and walked a few doors down to Dave's Cafe. We were greeted immediately, and the atmosphere, food, and service were all fantastic! We'll definitely be returning to Dave's in the near future.
This bar was the most incredible place I've ever been to, and the people there were incredibly friendly! You definitely need to stop by, say hi, and hang your dollar on the ceiling or wall—if you can find a spot, that is!
