The most amazing fish can be found here in Cabo. And Suviche delivers some of the best sushi I have ever experienced. Esteban our waiter was so attentive and polite he really made the experience special. Thank you so much One and Only Palmilla can’t wait to come back!

We never miss an opportunity to dine at Suviche when we visit Cabo, and our dinner on June 14 did not disappoint! We so much enjoy the ambience, delicious food, and attentive service, but what also keeps us coming back every time is the way we are treated at this resort. From the bellman who met us in our transportation and explained the history of the resort, the hostesses, the wonderful waiter named Ramon, and the attentive manager named Christian. We feel like VIP’s but I’m sure everyone is treated with the same impeccable service! Thank you! We will see you again when we return in November!
Beautiful restaurant, friendly, attentive service, but the sushi is underwhelming for the prices. There are better choices in Cabo and San Jose in my opinion.
Suviche is one of the restaurants inside the One Only La Palmilla Resort. The resort itself is the nicest resort my wife and I have ever been to, and we are well traveled. Suviche is a beautiful setting with windows overlooking the Sea of Cortez. The food is excellent!! Their Wagyu Suviche is outstanding! The service is what separates this restaurant/resort from everywhere else. Starting with the sommelier Alejandro who expertly manages their 15,000 bottle wine cellar. The whole staff is knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. One thing to note, this is a premium restaurant, so the prices reflect that. Would highly recommend!

Everything was great. Ate here during holiday. The service and food were excellent. The dining room atmosphere was very pleasant.
The view at this restaurant is stunning, but unfortunately, the food was terrible. We ordered two steaks, one well done which was completely burnt, and one medium well which was closer to medium rare. My girlfriend didn't even touch her meal, and the staff did not offer any alternatives. In a last-ditch effort, we tried the mushroom soup, which was even worse than the steaks. Despite our disappointment, the staff did not offer to comp anything from our bill. I would not recommend this place. In the end, we ended up going to McDonald's after spending $120 at this restaurant.
Exceptional!!! Great service authentic sushi. Ambience above the top. I have globally dined and must say Top 3 culinary experiences. Very recommended for family dinners or a romantic one.

One and Only is a world class resort. I always say it’s in the top 10 of my choices in the world. SUVICHE was the only one of their restaurants we had not dined in previously. While the quality of the food and fish was excellent the service was inconsistent and slow. We had two servers and the one that took our order was a bit confused and in the end forgot one dish, it came quickly after mentioning it. The tempura was fresh and crisp, and the fish fresh and excellent the rolls were well constructed. The sorbet was excellent and fresh. All in all the only place I would eat sushi in Cabo, just understaffed for the price and restaurant, honestly a shock.
