We so much enjoy the ambience, delicious food,... read more We never miss an opportunity to dine at Suviche when we visit Cabo, and our dinner on June 14 did not disappoint! We so much enjoy the ambience, delicious food, and attentive service, but what also keeps us coming back every time is the way we are treated at this resort. From the bellman who met us in our transportation and explained the history of the resort, the hostesses, the wonderful waiter named Ramon, and the attentive manager named Christian. We feel like VIP’s but I’m sure everyone is treated with the same impeccable service! Thank you! We will see you again when we return in November!

The resort itself is the nicest resort my wife and I have ever been to, and we are well traveled. Suviche is a beautiful setting with windows overlooking the Sea of Cortez. The food is excellent!! Their Wagyu Suviche is outstanding! The service is what separates this restaurant/resort from everywhere else. Starting with the sommelier Alejandro who expertly manages their 15,000 bottle wine cellar. The whole staff is knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. One thing to note, this is a premium restaurant, so the prices reflect that. Would highly recommend!
