My family and I decided to try taco john’s.. wasn’t the worst we had, that being said it is a fast food place. Got the mango shrimps tacos( they were alright) got some chicken bacon gauc street taco( for $2 could’ve had more meat less lettuce) a burrito that had burnt beans, and a grand steak sandwich that barely had meat on it! All we can say IS we tried it and prolly won’t go again. View all feedback.

in general, eating here is hit or miss. either really good or clear a bit staler than should probably be served, but still not bad. tonight came over an hour before they sat in the menu for a few minutes without anyone saying anything. said hello and a few seconds later the parking lights were shut off and I still didn’t get any answer even a “we are closed”. dunno if they might also celebrate the 5th juli? a bit fru... We had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. There was a lack of communication from the staff which resulted in some errors with our order. The potato oles were underfilled and undercooked, while the churro was hard and overly greasy. Our Philly cheese sandwich was bland and lacked flavor, even the vegetables were tasteless. The chicken tacos were decent but had an unappealing mass of sauce in one spot. Overall, the food was not worth the price we paid, totaling over $40. It had been over 20 years since my last visit to Taco John's in Cloquet, and I now remember why I had avoided it for so long. I do not recommend dining here.
WOWZERRRZZ!!!! I recently tried the new limited beefy loaded cheddar crunch taco at Mr. Taco John's, and let me tell you, it was amazing! The taco was delicious and Mr. John really knows how to make a great taco. As I enjoyed my meal, I also caught up on NBA updates and admired Jimmy Butler's new hairstyle. It made me want to get my eyebrow pierced like him! The potato Olay's were a satisfying finish to my meal and left me feeling full. Thank you again Mr. Taco John for the tasty meal! Sincerely, JB. So scrumptious!
We recently visited one of the best Taco John's locations and were extremely impressed. This place surpasses Taco Bell by far. The service was excellent, and we dined in for breakfast. The price per person ranged from $10 to $20. The food was outstanding, with a rating of 5 out of 5, and the service was top-notch as well. The atmosphere was also great, earning a score of 4 out of 5. We highly recommend trying the Potato Oles and the Steak and Potato Burrito.
The lady with the head set who took our order was very distracted. And made many mistakes. Once we got up to drive thru window and could see inside there was several workers but for some reason she was working drive thru and the counter. No wonder she messed up.
