I only make reviews for places I like, we went 48 years ago to pizza hat. Since then we go. recently we noticed a decline in the taste of pizza some pizza hats. that is not the case with Cloquet pizza hat. we drive past other pizza hut restaurants to go to cloquet pizza hut. perfect made to order especially when beth is there (beth is always there View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
I think it's rough when they touch a refrigerator door and then it went to touch the pizza and then wipe it hands on ur clothes. I'm not buying from you again. they only have to wash the hands 3 times a day there and this is from the manager. I think if you touching eating people should warn them gloves pirod. The service was excellent and the food was even better. The staff was very friendly. The dining experience was fantastic. If I lived nearby, I would definitely be a regular customer. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the area.

The pizza was delicious and hot, the staff was friendly. Ordering online was quick and easy, and picking it up was a breeze.
I did an online order, as I was at work. The order didn't match. I called to let them know people should check it. We order things foe a reason. The man I talked to said it was my 16 year olds fault. Because she didn't check the receipt. I didn't want my money back as I will NEVER go back. My dogs wouldn't even it the undercooked pizza.
The last two times we ordered delivery, the timing was terrible! Tonight, I placed an order for delivery at 6:18pm. When I called to check on the status, they told me the new delivery time was 6:48pm. However, when my husband called at 7pm, they said the order was still in the oven! This is unacceptable. We ended up canceling the order and going with Domino's instead. My brother used to work at this location for years, along with the previous manager. It's disappointing that you can't even speak to someone on site anymore. We will not be ordering from here again. Please improve your service!
