The se... read more I’m very disappointed with Angel House. My order arrived more than two hours late and was cold, even though I called the restaurant twice to check on it. The service was unacceptable, and it’s hard not to question their food safety standards. Honestly, I’m considering reporting them to the authorities, as their poor service raises serious concerns.

The last time I ordered the chicken in black bean sauce, it was so awful I had to throw it away—it tasted like bland, terrible gravy with barely any black beans. The chicken in garlic and chili sauce arrived with no sauce at all, just dry, crispy chicken on a plate. The salt and chili chips were excessively greasy. It was the worst €27 I've ever spent. If the health department were to inspect, they would likely shut it down due to its severe lack of cleanliness. Overall, a dreadful experience.

When I called to inquire, the woman I spoke with was very rude and insisted that I never placed an order for the duck. This was by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had. While the food was tasty, the poor service completely spoiled my dining experience.
