I waited 40 minutes for my order at the restaurant, only to discover when I got home that the duck I had ordered was missing. When I called to inquire about it, the woman I spoke to was incredibly rude and insisted that I had not ordered the duck. This was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. Despite the delicious food, the poor service completely tarnished my dining experience.
