Lovely staff, place needs a make over, matrass had springs one can feel when lying in bed. Very uncomfortable. Edit: The hotel was in touch having read this, thanked me for the feedback, have removed said matrass and I'll probably go back : View all feedback.

Eating drinks were good, but a table of six was left. they still have menus waiting approx. 20 minutes, maybe more they have not even offered a crippled water or drink order. last stroh was when later arrivi people got food that their order was not yet taken. the personal realized that the customers had left about ten minutes later. it was not a lack of personal. Last summer we stayed at this hotel, one of the most magnificent on the south coast of Ireland, wonderful welcome, meals worthy of us and the information requested was always accurate. Thank you Celtic Ross Hotel. If we go back to Ireland, we will definitely go to your place.
The room were a nice size (had a beautiful window view of the lake), the food was delicious, and the service was so welcoming and professional! The only negatives were that the lift/ elevator was broken, so we had to drag it heavy suitcases up a flight of stairs and down a long hallway.
Bit of a mixture. Some staff are really friendly, tho others have no problem showing they just really don't want to be there. Nice hotel and clean , tho a little overpriced.
We went for a Sunday roast here and the portions were very small for the price two thin pieces of belly pork plus some vegetables for €20. The rhubarb crumble was better but I was expecting a lot more for my money.
Great hotel, staff were lovely and food amazing. Highly recommended.
