A mixed experience at this restaurant with some friendly staff, clean rooms, and good food, but also disinterested staff, overpricing, and subpar service. The menu was limited, and mistakes were made with orders. Despite a comfortable room, unpleasant staff interactions made the stay less enjoyable. The swimming pool was uninviting, and breakfast options were disappointing. While the food and beverage manager offered apologies, little was done to resolve issues. Overall, the experience was not great, leaving much to be desired in terms of service and value for money.

Was Anonym at Celtic Ross a mag?
Lovely staff, place needs a make over, matrass had springs one can feel when lying in bed. Very uncomfortable. Edit: The hotel was in touch having read this, thanked me for the feedback, have removed said matrass and I'll probably go back : View all feedback.

Eating drinks were good, but a table of six was left. they still have menus waiting approx. 20 minutes, maybe more they have not even offered a crippled water or drink order. last stroh was when later arrivi people got food that their order was not yet taken. the personal realized that the customers had left about ten minutes later. it was not a lack of personal. Room was nice, staff very friendly and breakfast great. Our only complaint was that it was a 30 minute wait for a fry for breakfast.

Stayed for 4 nights Great location with lovely views across the bay. Room was large and clean. Moden and fresh feel Hotelmis in good condition with lovely friendly staff Food and drink is top quality and the breakfasts are just amazing. Brilliant staff!

Stay for 3 nights excellent eating very demanding and friendly staff nothing was a problem for them would definitely recommend here and we will be back

Stayed there for a night,our room was lovely,with prebooked breakfast included so dont need to worry about the food,actually we always book hotels with included breakfast and recommend to others do the same,used a swimming pool also ,have sauna and steam room which was nice relaxation time after hard driving around,lovely hotel to stay,and if you wonder of were to get lovely atmosphere of local food and people,there is a good chippery called nighthawks just 2min from hotel
